FUNDING ACCEPTED AT SHINING PANDAS NURSERY

FEET Funding
Funded Early Education for two-year-olds (FEET) offers eligible families up to 15 hours of funded Early Education & Childcare a week for 38 weeks per year, from the term after their second birthday. To find out if your child can access the two-year-old funding by visiting the parent portal at  www.surreycc.gov.uk  

3/4 year old Funding
In England all three and four year olds are entitled to up to 15 hours of funded Early Years Education & Childcare a week for up to 38 weeks per year. This is a universal offer and is available to all children regardless of their family circumstances. Nursery will access this funding on your behalf after seeing a copy of the child's Birth Certificate.

There are a number of ways in which you can use your 15 hours free funding, please do contact us to discuss, we do try to be as flexible as possible.

If you decide you would like to add extra hours after accessing your 15 funded hours you may of course do this and these will be charged at £4.50 per hour, invoiced at the end of each month.

15 And 30 hours Funding
Working parents of children from nine months old can now access 15 hours a week of free childcare. However, this will only be made available to families where both parents are working (or the sole parent is working in a lone parent family) and each parent earns, on average, a weekly minimum wage (NMW) or national living wage (NLW), and less than £100,000 per year. To find out if your family can access the 15 or 30 hours funding  please visit www.gov.uk/30-hours-free-childcare
you will then be given a code to pass onto nursery.

The only additional cost to parents that are accessing any of the above funding, during our core hours, is our £10.50, which is payable each half term , this goes towards tissues/wipes/snack/paper/ and toilet rolls for nursery, there is no other additional costs.
